Disclaimer

Our keys are made with (painted or stained) birch treated ply or acrylic glass (6mm thick unless requested to change by the customer) as per the design. Size and design determines the price. Once the deposit is made, there won't be a refund if the order is cancelled unless at the discretion of Etch2Edge. Once the key is made, no refunds will be given. Please ensure that the key's components are fully functional and executed to your liking, as there will be no refunds given after the key is delivered or picked up.

Delivery is done using a third party courier company and Etch2Edge is not responsible for delayed delivery times due to courier related issues (weather/floods/riots etc.). All steps will be taken to keep the delivery within the time frame, but delays can happen as there are circumstances that are out of our control as they are caused by courier issues and natural/unforeseen circumstances. No refunds will be given in the case of a delayed delivery that is not due to any fault of ours- compensation will be provided in the case that the delay to delivery was due to a mistake of ours.

There is no warranty for the product. Any electronic issues will be rectified, but return charges and any repair costs will have to be made by the customer. 

Its customers responsibility to inform us of any damage or DOA products on the day it is delivered. Etch 2 Edge will not take any responsibility if such action is not taken by the customer.

All products are shipped with insurance. Any insurance claims should be logged on the delivery date.
